Bachelor's (Chemistry, 1997), master's (Archaeometry, 2000 - 2000 - Phosphorous
Analysis of Neolithic Çatalhöyük Sediments) and PhD (Arkeometri, 2009 - Material
Characterization of Ancient Mural Paintings and Related Base Materials: A Case Study of
Roman Zeugma Archaeological Area) completed his education at METU. Ankara
University (2000-2013), Gazi University (2013-2018) and since 2018 Ankara
He serves as a lecturer at Hacı Bayram Veli University.
Research and Conservation Laboratory (MAKLAB) carries out its studies.
His academic studies include archaeological materials (clay/soil, stone/rock, ceramics,
mortar/plaster/wall painting, glass and pigment/paint) analysis and characterization. 1995
national (31 excavations and 5 surveys) and international (Afghanistan,
Albania, Algeria, Kazakhstan, Macedonia, Egypt, Pakistan, Romania, Serbia, Syria and
Turkmenistan) researcher/archaeometrist or project in restoration and conservation projects
served as a team member. Over 1200 national/international historical monuments and sites
He was involved in material analysis studies in the Survey Restitution and Restoration Project.
In addition, projects with various museums and institutions/organizations specialized in the field of "museum education"
conducted.
