Article Preparation and Review

Film Shooting and Video Production
The author is responsible for the script and shooting of the video. The video content must be the same as the article. The images in the videos are the responsibility of the author. For this reason, it is requested to pay attention to the issue of copyright.
Videos are broadcast on JOVA Youtube channel. For this, after the author completes the video upload on Youtube, he will share it with JOVA from the video link sharing area in the article submission process. The uploaded video unlisted and its duration should not exceed 20 minutes.

- Articles should be written in Turkish or English.
- Terminology and jargon should conform to community standards in the specialty.
- JOVA is also an archaeological diary. We want important new finds or discoveries to be included in our journal with all the details. We do not publish the data or results without the express permission of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism or the Head of the Excavation.
Video criteria for author-submitted videos:
- All sounds in the video must be audible and understandable.
- Like the text, the video alone should provide enough detail for the experiment to be repeated.
- All text appearing in the video should be easily readable.
- All figures or images should be clear (ie not too small or pixelated) and appropriately labeled.
- Standard ethical and legal permission protocols must be followed throughout the video.
